Welcome to the Gupt Gyan website and all of its related sites and digital and online services (the "Gupt Gyan Site," the "Site," or "Sites"). The Gupt Gyan Site is an online store, information source, and contact platform offered by Gupt Gyan and all of its affiliates (the "Gupt Gyan" or "We" or "Us").
We care about your privacy and want you to understand how we gather, use, share, and keep your data safe. Users of the Gupt Gyan Site should also read the Gupt Gyan Site Terms of Use and any terms and conditions that are specific to a product. This privacy policy is called the "Privacy Policy." It's possible to look over rules that are special to protected health information (PHI) sent through Gupt Gyan's Patient Portal.
This Privacy Policy is valid on all sites that have it listed. There may be different privacy rules for other Gupt Gyan websites that you should check out. These sites have privacy rules that you should read before you use those sites.
What kinds of data we gather
The information you give us is kept private. All guests to the Gupt Gyan Sites have the right to privacy. We get and store some of the information you enter on our sites or give us in any other way through our sites.
The following types of information are collected by us or that you give us when you use our services or visit our websites:
Your name, postal address, billing address, shipping address, email address, residence, and workplace can be used to identify you personally. and cell phone numbers, date of birth, social security number, insurance policy number, physical traits that can be used to identify you, sexual orientation, IP address, bank account number, credit or debit card number , nationality, ancestry, medical conditions, race, citizenship, and social security number.
Individuals may provide information about any physical or mental disabilities they may have, their political views, the gender they were when they were born and how they currently express their gender identity, details about their sex life, including pregnancy, childbirth, and any medical conditions related to these events, as well as biometric information (including fingerprints, exercise data, psychological traits, face prints, gait patterns, genetics, behavioural traits, voice, sleep data, and iris/retina scans) and genetic information (including genetic information passed down through the generations.
Information you give us when you fill out forms on our sites, like forms to make an appointment or buy products. It also includes the data you give us when you sign up to use our Sites, buy something, or use a service that's on the Sites or in our buildings. This is also true if you tell us about a problem with our Sites. On some forms, we need to take sensitive information, like health information, in order to provide our services to you.

Location Data: Geolocation technology gathers information about where you are. Most Gupt Gyan apps and services that run on mobile devices don't use locations. However, the Gupt Gyan app can only store and use geolocation data to make it easier for you to check in for your appointment when you get there. At any time, you can stop this feature from working on your phone by telling the Gupt Gyan app not to use location services.
We may keep or link the information we collect with Personal Data we get from third parties or collect in other ways. The information we collect automatically may include Personal Data. It helps us make our sites better and give you a better, more personalised service by letting us:
estimate the size of our audience and how they use our sites; make our products and services better; store information about your tastes so that we can tailor our sites to your interests; and recognise and/or authenticate you when you come back to our sites.
Some of the tools we use to gather this information automatically are
Cookies / browser cookies: Some technologies, like cookies and web beacons, may be used by us and our service providers to get and keep information about you when you use our Sites on your computer or phone. We don't pay attention to those signs right now. Email, newsletters, and other services connected to them
Our messaging service is customisable or from other people through our sites. One free thing you can do is sign up for the Gupt Gyan daily newsletter. You can stop getting this newsletter at any time. If you'd like to stop getting marketing emails from us, you can use the cancel link or button in those emails.
If you send us an email through one of the links on our site, it may be sent to the customer service person, employee, medical expert, or agent who can best answer your question. We do everything we can to react quickly to messages that come our way. After we answer your message, it is either thrown away or saved, based on the type of question. Note that email messages you send to us No automatic encryption is used when you send an email from our site. It is possible for someone else to read your open email messages while they are travelling to us.
Surveys
We sometimes poll people who visit our page. These surveys give us information that we use to understand what our users want so we can make our site better. Texting
When you sign up for our sites, You consent to SMS texts from us concerning your relationship with Gupt Gyan. These messages may include updates about your visits, your Gupt Gyan Patient Portal account, one-time passcodes, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and managing your care. There may be message and data rates for these texts because they are not protected. The number of messages may change.
You can stop getting SMS texts by sending the word "STOP" to the short code. When you ask to be removed from the list, one last message will be sent to ensure that you have been removed. If you chose not to receive SMS texts from that short code, you will no longer get them. You can use your Gupt Gyan Online Services account to sign up again, or you can text HELP to the short code to get directions.
Carriers are not responsible for texts that are late or don't arrive at all.
Data retention
We will keep your information for as long as your account is current or as long as it takes to provide you services, follow the law, settle disputes, and keep our agreements in force. You can ask us to delete your information by getting in touch with us as shown below. But because of the rules and laws that apply to us, we might not always be able to accept that request. By state and federal law, for example, we may have to keep some information about you that can be used to identify you, like your medical records or other data. We may also be required by law to keep medical and other information about you in order to treat and care for you or to meet our professional, legal, and other responsibilities.
Giving out your information
Some of the third parties we hire to help us run the Site and the goods and services you can get through it may get the information we collect about you. Affiliates, service providers and other third parties utilised for operations our business may get access to your Personal Data. There is an agreement between our sponsors and marketers that they will not collect any personally identifiable information from people who visit our sites while they are there. Your rights when it comes to your information and getting to and changing it
For information that isn't about a patient, you can use the information below to get in touch with us and see what information we have about you or change it. You can also look at and change your Personal Data by logging in to our site and going to either Settings or Account Preferences. You may also use the information below to let us know about any changes or mistakes in the Personal Data we have about you. This way, we can make sure that it is full, correct, and up to date, or you can delete your account. We can only get rid of all of your personal information if you delete your account with us as well. If we think that what you want would be against the law, if we have a legal reason or duty to keep it, or if it would lead to wrong information, we might not be able to grant your request.

Patients who are at least 18 years old can use our Patient Portal. It can also be given to 13–17-year-olds with parental consent.
